Most recently, Jennifer worked on metropolitan development and urban sprawl issues at the Brookings Institution's Center on Urban & Metropolitan Policy. As a senior policy analyst at the center, Jennifer managed, wrote, and edited major policy reports and research briefs. Prior to working at Brookings, Jennifer was a journalist with Roll Call newspaper and The New Republic magazine. She has also written for the Atlantic Monthly, the American Prospect, and the Washington Monthly. Jennifer received her master's degree from Oxford University, her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, and graduated from Georgetown University Law Center..
